Validate the existing Business Process Models brought in by the client or a previous engagement.

      Main Description

      This task is optional. If Business Process Documentation is available from the client or from a previous engagement this step is mandatory. The validation encompasses:

      • Determine the level of reusability (e.g. right granularity, insight in governance and performance).
      If the Existing Business Processes Documentation proves to be adequate for the assignment it is renamed as As-Is Process Model. If the Existing Business Processes Documentation needs some adjusting it is used as a base for the next tasks
